This grant application generally opens in the Spring of each year, with volunteers from the DBC leadership team evaluating and selecting the awardees through a blinded review process. Check back here or stay tuned to the latest info in DBC’s monthly Take 5 Newsletter.

Selection Process & Criteria

Applicants will be considered according to the following:

  1. Current DBC member
  2. Leadership history.
  3. Leadership potential and drive.
  4. Ability to commit to the entire Leadership Institute program.
  5. Willingness to share Leadership Institute experiences with DBC members.

In the event of a tie, any history of volunteering with DBC will be considered.
